ABOUT THE PRODUCTS - BATH

Are your products vegan? Cruelty free? - Yes & Yes! All ingredients used are ethically sourced, vegan, & compliant with FDA regulations. All colorants used are batch certified. All fragrances are skin safe & free of parabens, phthalates, & formaldehyde.  

Are your glitters biodegradable? - Yes! All glitters used are seaweed & algae based & are fully biodegradable.

Are your bath products safe for sensitive skin? - Absolutely! Since I have to test all batches on myself & have sensitive skin, if products don't pass my skin test, they are NOT released for sale. (All ingredients are included in each listing & on each product label.) 

Will your bath bombs stain my tub? - Not at all! All batches are tested prior to sale. We use water soluble dye that will not discolor you or your tub. NOTE: Bath products are tested in a clean ceramic tub. If any colorant residue is left behind, this is because it has clung to existing oils or soap scum. For best results, use in a freshly cleaned tub & always rinse your tub/yourself after use. 

IMPORTANT: Fo Shizzle My Fizzle is not responsible to damages done to bath tubs outside of the home such as hotels. Many hotels use a wax coating on their tubs that DOES stain regardless of any safe guards, & you WILL be charged a clean up fee if this happens. This fee is the users responsibility! FOR IN HOME USE ONLY!

 

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS - WAX

Do your waxes need to be cured? - Technically no, but some people prefer to cure theirs a little longer than what is recommended. Our wax cures in about 48 hours from pour time. All waxes come with a pour date label. NOTE: We test our waxes around 48-72 hours in a 25 watt hot plate warmer. Wax warmer types are a personal preference but we recommend using our wax in either a hot plate warmer or light bulb warmer. 

What type of wax do you use? - We use a parasoy blend that is mostly comprised of soy. 

What's the best way to clean my warmers plate? - Our personal preference is the Cotton Ball method. Place 4-5 cotton balls in the melted wax & allow the wax to absorb into the cotton balls. Carefully toss the cotton balls into the trash & use another cotton ball to wipe up any remaining wax or glitter left behind. Is your plate becoming discolored? Try a Magic Eraser to get a like-new cleaning after the plate is cooled off completely.  

 

THE TECHNICALS

What are Afterpay and Sezzle? - Afterpay and Sezzle are both free services that allow you to make an order and make payments instead of paying the entire balance up front. You get your products within the vendors stated turn around time. Your total is split in 4 equal payments. These payments are due every two weeks. This is a fee/interest free service as long as payments are made on time. Please refer to their websites for more information (NOTE - These services are based on approval. Any Afterpay or Sezzle questions or issues will need to be directed to them!) 

Am I able to pay with a gift card? - Unless it is a Shopify gift card, no. At this time, our shop is temporarily offering a gift card option. but this is a free promotion through Shopify for us and is temporary. 

Do you do bulk or wholesale pricing? - At this time, wholesale/bulk orders are closed. We will update this section when this changes. 

Do you do custom orders? - At this time, custom orders are closed. 

Do you ship internationally? - We ship to over 200 countries, & all shipping is weight based. If there are overages, we always refund them after the shipping label has been printed. Please note: As of 01/01/2021, we will no longer be able to ship to the UK due to lack of compliance regarding Brexit. We are hoping to offer service to this area again in the future and are sorry for any inconvenience.

 

IMPORTANT - During summer months, it is your responsibility to prepare for your shipment, including having someone available to retrieve your package immediately so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. We provide a service that allows you to add ice packs to your order if you're worried about heat messing with product integrity. Leaving packages outside WILL cause adverse reactions with products, including but not limited to melting, pre-activation of bath bombs, softening of bath bombs or bubble bars, melting of whipped soap/scrubs, melting of wax, etc... It is also not advised to leave your products or packages inside of a vehicle.
